Something like Sleep Hypnosis or Auto Suggestion?

Hello, everyone this is another post for me again although it seems several days or even its been a week since my last post, I'm here again to write something about my little experimentation using myself of course it's just a simple experiment no harm at all except for everyone at home getting me lectured because of getting in their daily routine at home because I might become to tired afterwards.
Although I done this to do some of my hobbies and I hope it will succeed but in future I refrain on doing so because its really not good for health as I just to do it for the sake of experience and trying it for a test; although it really has a large margin of error and chance of happening as well.

First we talk about Body Clock "biological clock" or 24-hour cycle (circadian rhythm), can be affected by light or darkness, which can make the body think it is time to sleep or wake up. The 24-hour body clock controls functions such as: Sleeping and waking. Body temperature. 
I have confident in my Body Clock or so if I sleep on time and in a very good condition everyday I would say I would wake up the same time everyday with the error margin of waking up 5~10 minutes earlier than my intended time of waking up, but when I'm under stress, fatigue and stay up until late I will have a rough sleep and will occasionally have interrupted sleep waking up every 2 or 3hrs prior of sleeping for 5mins or less before going back to sleep but there is occasionally happens when under some circumstances that I would stay awake for another 5 to 8hrs or so but I still waken up in time of margin of error of 30mins after the intended time to wake up.

While Hypnosis  is the induction of a state of consciousness in which a person apparently loses the power of voluntary action and is highly responsive to suggestion or direction. Its use in therapy, typically to recover suppressed memories or to allow modification of behavior by suggestion, has been revived but is still controversial.
Although I said in the title of my post is Sleep Hypnosis actually I don't know or have a knowledge to do it I just borrow the term because there some similarity in them but rest assured that I don't know how to hypnotize people or even myself the actual thing I do is condition myself suggesting myself that I feel sleepy even to I'm not and tried to sleep(Likely forcing myself to sleep) it is really like autosuggestion. : an influencing of one's own attitudes, behavior, or physical condition by mental processes other than conscious thought : self-hypnosis—compare heterosuggestion..

And this where the topic enters the night prior I set the alarm of my cellphone on 3am and even told or ask someone to waken me up at the same time; and then before going to sleep I condition myself to go to sleep while suggesting that I need to wake up in 3am verbally and mentally on the duration before falling asleep,
Afterwards that I woken up 7mins earlier than the appointed time with the error margin of chances because of a bad dream at 1:30am but still manage to go back to sleep a minute after waking up after the said dream.
 With this as a first trial I can't say it that I succeeded or that it was just a coincidence that awaken ahead of time maybe I would tried it again some other day because this is really not good for the health after all if I do this everyday.
